Welcome to Tri County Housing's First-Time Homebuyer Workshop Registration! We are thrilled to guide you through the exciting journey of becoming a homeowner. Our comprehensive workshop, led by experienced professionals, will provide valuable insights, practical advice, and essential resources tailored to help first-time homebuyers navigate the complex housing market. By participating in our workshop, you will gain the confidence and knowledge needed to make informed decisions and successfully achieve your homeownership goals. Let's embark on this milestone achievement together—register now and lay the foundation for your future home. A Certificate of completion will be provided after a 1-1 session with our HUD Certified Housing Counselor.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1 - You may only register one additional person from the same household (maximum of 2 per household). Seats are allocated per individual, not per household. Each household individual that is attending the workshop must be REGISTERED separately. 

2 - Failure to cancel without 48 hour notice (Wednesday before the Saturday workshop), and cancelling on the same day, will result in a three-month restriction. There will be no exceptions made.

3 - If you were a late arrival or a no call/no show for a workshop in the past three (3) months you are not permitted to apply at this time.

FREE PARKING AVAILABLE IN THE PHFA GARAGE ON RIVER STREET. A PARKING ATTENDANT WILL BE ON SITE TO ASSIST WITH GARAGE ENTRY. IF YOU PARK ON THE STREET, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY THE METER FEES. LATE PARTICIPANTS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED ENTRY.
