Tri County Housing is thrilled to share the fantastic news that the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) has awarded us $400,000 for our North 4th Street Homeownership Project in Harrisburg City AND an additional $50,000 to support year two of our Homebuyer Counseling Workshops!
Our North 4th Street award is the largest amount any organization has received in Dauphin County, demonstrating our commitment to building homes, communities, and fostering positive growth.
This funding is part of PHFA’s PHARE Funding Awards for 2023, aimed at supporting affordable housing initiatives across Pennsylvania.
