Welcome to Tri County Housing's First-Time Homebuyer Workshop Registration! We are thrilled to guide you through the exciting journey of becoming a homeowner. IMPORTANT NOTES:

1 - You may only register one additional person from the same household (maximum of 2 per household). Seats are allocated per individual, not per household.

2 - Failure to attend without notice, and cancelling on the same day, will result in a six-month restriction. There will be no exceptions made.

3 - If you were a no call/no show for a workshop in the past six (6) months you are not permitted to apply at this time.

FREE PARKING AVAILABLE IN THE PHFA GARAGE ON RIVER STREET. A PARKING ATTENDANT WILL BE ON SITE TO ASSIST WITH GARAGE ENTRY. IF YOU PARK ON THE STREET, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY THE METER FEES. LATE PARTICIPANTS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED ENTRY.
